If you calculate = 0.83 * 1150 = 954.5
Should be same answer.

not quite.
50/60 is not 0.83, but 0.83333333 (and an endless string of 3's following).
When you cut off after the first 3, the result is a much smaller number.
Multiplied 1150 times, this small difference becomes quite big.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
