After 8.1 update waking up from sleep mode fails and computer shuts down
After the latest Windows 8.1 updates (KB2957390, KB2933809, KB2919355) whenever I try to wake my computer (HP h8-1090t) from sleep mode with the power button, it shuts down instead of waking up.
I have tried changing power options and plans but sleep mode
continues to have this behavior from before the updates.
Instead of getting the computer going quickly out of sleep mode, when I press the power button to wake up the computer it shuts down instead and I have to press the power button again and obtain a cold
and long computer boot up.
