Ancillary windows will not load

When I at certain sites, such as MapQuest or my bank's site, I attempt to do related tasks, such as print a map or load pictures of checks I sent to the bank, but these will not open and I get a message at the bottom of the page "done, but with errors
on page".  These worked until recently, and still work on my other computer.


I use automatic updates and the problem seemed to originate about one month ago after an update.  I am using Norton Internet Security (as opposed to windows) as the primary security tool.
