Reinstallation of Windows, updating bios and chipset, the device works on the importer's lab's computer...
Windows MCE was disabled/enabled..
various services the same..

Windows Recovery - Totally Fix All Errors including Avermedia AVerTV Hybrid Volar HD (H830) TV Tuner Card - does NOT work on Win-7 Home 64 - No matter what !!!

• Click on the Start button on the Taskbar.
