Windows 7 appears to have a known problem with initial backup of a
system image (prior to build 7100).
How can I determine the build of my copy and what do I need to download to correct the problem?

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
