Fast Solution to Error: Auto Fill Not Working - Excel 2007

Auto Fill Not Working - Excel 2007

I would like to be able to double-click on a cell (the fill handle) and have excel fill the sequence.
So for example, if I have data in column A that ends at row 20 and I enter a formula in B1, I would like to be able to double-click the crosshair for cell
B1 and have the formula fill to row B20.
I have used this feature before (not on this computer though) and it worked fine, so I am not sure why it isn't working now.

And just an FYI, I have already checked "Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop" in the editing options, and I checked "Automatic" in the calculating options.

Thanks for the help.
