[Solved] Averaging hours over a 4 week period

Averaging hours over a 4 week period

Hi All
I am trying to allow people to work a 45 hour week.
I have 50 workers who all work various shifts.
All the workers can do all the shifts.
I have weekly shifts from 32 hours up to 62 hours.
Iwould like a formula that can look down week 1 column through week
4 column and average each row to 45 hours or less.
Is there a formula I can use?
