CreateProcess gives error file name incorrect

Hi,

When I use EXCEL.exe to open a file ( here file name is in unicode character e.g Chinese ) using CreateProcess method, it gives me error saying file name is incorrect.
But same type .docx file is  opened by WINWORD.exe using CreateProcess method.
What may be
the issue here with CreateProcess ?
If CreateProcess does not handle unicode file name using EXCEL.exe ?

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Restart your computer.
