Copy function doesn't work

I upgraded to Office 2007 recently and since then, I cannot copy text from either Word or Excel into the clipboard. So, when I try to paste, I get an old entry to my clipboard.

You could try running Microsoft Office Diagnostics which will detect and repair problems that are associated with installed Microsoft Office programs and features.
You can run it directly from Word.
Here’s how:

1. Open Word

2. Click theMicrosoft Office Button

3. Click on the Word Options button at the bottom

4.
Click on the Resources link

5. Click on the Diagnose button next torun Microsoft
Office Diagnostics
6. Click Continue

7. ClickRun Diagnostics

If a problem is identified, Office Diagnostics may offer to run the repair process.
The fix will be applied to all Office programs so you don't need to repeat it for Excel.
