Copying formulas between workbooks.

I have a workbook (2008.xlsx) with 12 sheets (January, February..) and a sheet with formulas, that refer to the month-sheets.
Now, I want to make another workbook (2009.xlsx) and again with 12 month-sheets and a formular-sheet.
Is it anyway possible to
copy the formular-sheet from the 2008 workbook to the 2009 workbook and get the new references.
I can't make it work neither  I open the workbooks in separat instances or not.
Pls.
HELP!
