can not get into my hotmail account - keep getting "this webpage is not available"

I have been trying to access my hotmail account for the last few hours, keep getting message this website is not available

Have tried through both Chrome and Internet explorer, and on different laptops.
 My husband also cannot access his account.
 Have tried switching broadband off and on.
I have things on there I need urgently - any ideas?
