Cannot drop and drag a network file in the Excel 2007 Open Dialog box on Windows 2003/Citrix 4.5 servers.

We are hoping that someone can assist with a rather strange issue.  We have an issue with users who run Excel 2007 on Windows 2003 servers with Citrix 4.5 Presentation server who can't drop and drag mapped network files from one place to another in the Open
dialog box.  Local files are not an issue.  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

2. Open Control Panel.
3. Go to Windows Error Reporting.
